Editor's Note
It was built in 1803 in the square of Konuralp (Üskübü) by the notable Topçuzâde Mehmed Ağa. No information about the fountain could be found in the archival records. The fountain, first moved from its original site because of road construction, was transferred to the side of the Konuralp Tea Garden facing the square. When the tea garden was demolished in the 2000s, the remains of the now-vanished structure were moved to their present location.
