The mansion is located in the Akpınar neighborhood, block 183, parcel 3, in the Şehit Muhtar locality on Şehit Muhtar Avenue, in the central district of Bolu Province. It is a three-storey wooden house dated to the Ottoman period. It was registered in conservation group no. 2 by decision no. 4798 of the Conservation Board dated 06.10.2017.
