Editor's Note

According to its inscription, it was built in H. 1315 (1897 CE). The portico of this rectangular, dome-covered mosque was removed during road-widening works. On the north, facing the main street, stands the main portal opening onto a two-columned portico covered by a mirror vault and projecting outward. The inscription is above the door. The mosque's first-row windows are round-arched with stone jambs; the second-row windows are segmental-arched with stone jambs and plaster lattices. To the north is the women's gallery. The mihrab, set in a curved niche on the qibla wall, and its pediment are clad in tiles.
