From Sakarya Yeni Haber, an interview by Merve Kurtulan: Ertan Tanyeri, the proprietor of Tanyeri Kuru Kahveci, a shop producing Turkish coffee, is the third-generation representative of this shop and trade. Founded in Adapazarı in 1918, before the Republican era, it has been bringing lovers of fresh coffee together with their brew at the same location ever since.
