Editor's Note
The cemetery lies south of the Pazarkoy neighbourhood in the Akyazi district of Sakarya province. Alongside newer graves, it is said to contain the grave of Ali b. Abdulkerim, son of Abdulkerim, who is buried in the tomb to its west. He was buried here after being wounded while returning from the Siege of Istanbul.
