The mansion is located in the Çeşme neighbourhood of Ankara's Altındağ district, on land registry block 24486, parcel 5, at the intersection of Şafak Street and Gazeteci Kemal Aşık Avenue, south of the Şükriye Mosque and west of the Ulucanlar Prison. The wooden mansion has two storeys and a rectangular plan. Severely damaged, the mansion awaits restoration. It is recorded in the parcel records as 'Wooden House and its Plot'. The protection boundary of the mansion has been declared as the parcel on which it stands.
