Editor's Note
Judging by its building style and decoration, the structure appears to be a 20th-century work. According to Fethi Adalı, the headman of the Hacettepe neighbourhood, who says it is one of the first houses built in Hacettepe, the building's owners were Prof. Dr. Melek Zekiye Uluçam, who worked at Başkent University Hospital, along with Hacettepe University and a lady.
