It is located in Ankara Province, Çankaya District, Sağlık Neighbourhood. Built as a school, the building is today used as a physicians' house (hekimevi). See http://dergi.mo.org.tr/dergiler/2/162/2005.pdf. By decision no. 1952 of the Ankara Regional Board for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage dated 9 December 2021, the school was registered in conservation group "1."
