These are three-storey family apartment buildings designed by the architect Nizamettin Doğu in 1951. Built as two interlocking rectangular forms within a large garden, the buildings stand out for their scale, the balance they strike between interior and exterior, their placement within the garden, their distinctive entrances and their balcony details.
