The Ankara Metropolitan Municipality unveiled, on 29.12.2023, a commemorative relief of İmre Ormos designed by the sculptor Zafer Sarı, in a newly arranged park named after him. Ormos was a professor of landscape architecture who carried out the city's landscaping during his time in Ankara from 1927 to 1929, designed the Kahramanlar Cemetery, and served as Atatürk's personal gardener.
