Editor's Note
As with the İsmet Paşa Girls' Institute and the Ankara Girls' High School, the Türkkuşu administration building and its flight school were arranged directly adjacent to one another, this time in a nearly overlapping parallel position. In fact, a third building had been envisioned to join the two completed structures and to fill the area between the administration building and the school toward the south, housing a student dormitory. This section, however, was never built. A similar building was later constructed in place of the dormitory Egli had planned.
