Located in the Kapaklı locality within the boundaries of Tulumtaş neighborhood in the Gölbaşı district of Ankara province, this rock-cut wine press is one of the important production structures dating to the Roman period. Carved into the natural bedrock, the press was used in antiquity for processing grapes and producing wine, and stands as tangible evidence of the area's rural production activity. The nearby Yukarı Kapaklı ruins are known as a multi-layered settlement spanning from the Bronze Age to the Roman period.
