Ballıkuyumcu mound is located in Ballıkuyumcu Quarter, Etimesgut, Ankara. The mound lies to the left of the Ankara–Eskişehir highway, 37 km from Ankara. About 400 m long and 50 m high, the mound has suffered heavy damage on its upper sections and slopes. Surface examinations revealed that, as a result of this damage, wall remains as well as rubble stones large and small have come to light.
