It is located within the boundaries of Karaevli Quarter, Süleymanpaşa district, Tekirdağ province. The fountain has come down to us with its upper covering collapsed but its mirror stone and tap section relatively intact. With cut stone on the outer face and rubble stone on the inner face, the fountain also appears to incorporate reused marble materials. It has a rectangular plan, and on its mirror stone is a lion's-mouth-shaped iron spout. The Arabic inscription, thought to have been carved later above the tap, bears the phrases "Sahib-ül hayrat" (patron of charitable works) and "1902."
