It was built in the 19th century. It was registered by the Edirne Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage by decision no. 5810 dated 3 December 1999. It stands on a small hill overlooking the sea, on block 1461, parcel 163. These are the buildings where Atatürk formed the 19th Division on his way to the Gallipoli battles.
