It lies within the boundaries of Kumbağ, in the Süleymanpaşa district of Tekirdağ province. Built over the Koca Stream as a single pointed-arch crossing of stone, brick and Horasan mortar, the bridge was reworked in reinforced concrete during repairs in various periods, and metal railings were added along its sides. It was registered as an Immovable Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 1) by the Edirne Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage by decision no. 3003 dated 22 April 2010.
