Editor's Note
This site lies within the bounds of Yayabaşı village in the Süleymanpaşa district of Tekirdağ province. The area holds headstones showing early Ottoman-period features as well as uninscribed menhir-type grave markers. It was registered as a Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 3605 of the Edirne Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, dated 7 November 2016.
