This site lies within the Hoşköy quarter of the Şarköy district in Tekirdağ province. The buildings, which read as three rectangular-plan structures built side by side, are internally connected to one another. Constructed of rubble stone with some cut stone and brick, the buildings are reported to have been renovated recently. They are thought to have been built in the 19th century. They were registered as a Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 2) by decision no. 7460 of the Edirne Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, dated 22 March 2021.
