This site lies within the bounds of Mürefte village in the Şarköy district of Tekirdağ province. It consists of two adjoining buildings. The inscription above the main entrance, bearing two pennants and an eagle with a wreath figure, reads in Greek letters "ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΟΣ ΟΕΟΦΙΛΟΥ 1887" (Konstantios Teofilaou 1887). On the reused marble lintel below it is the phrase "1887 MAIOU PROTI" (1 May 1887). It was registered as an Immovable Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 4347 of the Edirne Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, dated 21 August 2017.
