It stands at the Köyarkası locality within the bounds of Tepeköy village in the Şarköy district of Tekirdağ province. The structure, on the Değirmen Stream, is roughly 20 m long and 5 m high and built of cut stone. The now-ruined arch is thought to have been built in the Ottoman period. It was registered as an Immovable Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 4348 of the Edirne Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, dated 21 August 2017.
