This site lies around the old mosque in Karaidemir village in the Malkara district of Tekirdağ province. Twenty-two Ottoman-period gravestones have been identified around the mosque. It was registered as an immovable cultural property requiring protection by decision no. 1372, dated 29 November 2013, of the Edirne Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage.
