Editor's Note
This site lies within the boundaries of Kavakköy in the Gelibolu district of Çanakkale province. In an area used as farmland, fragments of terracotta pottery and crockery, along with pieces of roof tile and brick, have been found. It is thought to have been a small Late Roman settlement.
