This building lies within the boundaries of Gazibey quarter in the Malkara district of Tekirdağ province. Built of rubble stone over two stories, the building dates to the early 20th century. It was proposed for registration as a Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 3448, dated 18 March 2011, of the Edirne Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage.
