Editor's Note
This fountain lies within the boundaries of Gazibey quarter in the Malkara district of Tekirdağ province. Built of rubble stone with an eaved façade supported by two columns, it was constructed as a public square fountain. It was proposed for registration as a Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 3448, dated 18 March 2011, of the Edirne Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage.
