The building is located in Çamlıca village in the Keşan district. It is still used as a school today. Built of cut stone, the building consists of a basement, a ground floor, and one upper floor. Owing to the difference in ground level, the basement stands taller at the rear of the building. On the front facade, the ground floor has three entrance doors and four windows. Two of the entrance doors were later blocked and are no longer in use. Two of the windows are likewise out of use. The building's floor divisions are molded, and the doors and windows are round-arched. The keystones of the door arches in particular project outward and are decorated.
