It is located within the boundaries of the Aşağızaferiye neighborhood in the Keşan district of Edirne province. The bridge, about 18-20 m long and 3-3.5 m wide and built of cut sandstone distinctive to the Keşan region, has a single round arch. Its deck has been covered with asphalt, and of its parapets only a few blocks on the southwest face remain intact. The structure displays Ottoman-period characteristics.
