It is located within the boundaries of Erikli village in the Keşan district of Edirne province. In this cemetery, where burials still take place today, there are gravestones of varying heights in the form of standing stones, along with Ottoman-period gravestones. It was registered as an Immovable Cultural Asset Requiring Protection (Group 1) by the Edirne Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Assets through decision no. 2385, dated 14.05.2015.
