It stands southeast of Enez, on the slope west of today's Lake Tasalti -- known in antiquity as the "East Harbor" -- at the spot called Kral Kizi. The narthex of the basilica has not yet been excavated; the basilica is 27 m long and equally wide. With three apses and pastophoria arranged as corridors between them, the basilica presents a large, almost five-aisled plan.
