A villa-type residence that Riza Bicen, one of Ataturk's comrades-in-arms, and his wife Rabia Hanim commissioned from the architect Aydin Boysan in 1954-1955. With windows custom-made by the Arcelik company and marble brought from Italy, the building is one of the original examples of modern architecture. It is among Bursa's first modern residences.
