Editor's Note
It was built by Muhiddin Mehmet, one of the scholars of the era of Mehmed the Conqueror (1451-1481). It has a rectangular plan comprising the main prayer hall and the portico. The mosque's entrance is emphasized by a gable wall, a feature frequently seen in Bursa's mosques. Its cemetery lies to the east of the mosque. The cemetery contains gravestones, most of which date to the 16th century.
