Editor's Note
The building bears no inscription, but it is known to have been built by the Russians between 1885 and 1890, in the aftermath of the 1877–1878 Russo-Ottoman War. This historic church, which burned in 2017, is to be restored under a decision taken in 2019 and returned to use as a library. Culture Portal – Oltu Russian Church
