Editor's Note
The church stands in the Süleymaniye Quarter. It was built on a three-aisled basilical plan measuring 18 by 12.60 metres, and its roof has collapsed. The triple apse forming the east façade is laid out as a semicircle both inside and out, with the central apse made wider; each apse has a window on its axis. The pastophoria chambers flanking the apses on both sides still survive. The north and south walls have two tiers of windows.
