Editor's Note
Çengelli Church was built using rubble stone and dressed stone. The structure, roofed with a gabled roof, has three apses on its eastern side. A round-arched entrance stands on the west façade, with a cross motif visible on the lintel above the door. The interior has four columns, two piers and three naves; the central nave is wider and taller than the side naves. There are floral motifs on the church's arches, though most of the frescoes have been lost over time.
