Editor's Note
It stands within the settlement of Gündoğdu Quarter in Demirkaynak Village. Built on a rectangular plot running east to west and measuring 9.70 by 7.70 metres on the exterior, the structure follows a three-aisled basilical plan, divided internally into three naves. It has a single apse. On the eastern side of the interior is a rounded apse that projects outward, covered by a half-dome. The interior is roofed with a barrel vault carried by round arches that rest on three columns in the centre and on wall piers along the sides. Wooden tie-beams run between the columns.
