The Balcılar Neighbourhood Bridge (also known as the Yıldız Village Bridge II) is a single-arched stone bridge in the Torul district of Gümüşhane, between the villages of Yıldız and Gümüştuğ, 2 km from Gümüştuğ. Taking its name from the Balcılar neighbourhood of the village within whose bounds it lies, the structure was built in the rubble-fill wall technique using slate and dressed stone in the piers and cut stone in the arch, and is distinguished from the region's other bridges by its pointed-arch form.
