Editor's Note
The construction date of the tomb on Gıj Gıj Baba Hill in central Tokat is unknown. Some foundation remains that may be connected to the grave can be seen in its immediate surroundings. In its present state it is a baldachin-style tomb covered by a dome. The old wall fabric at the southeast and southwest corners of the building is striking. Its sarcophagus is made of reinforced concrete.
