The mosque stands in the Candir neighborhood of the Kalecik district in Ankara province, on parcel 1 of block 346, at the Koyici locality, in the village center. The mosque has a square plan and a hipped roof. The minaret is positioned at its northeast corner. Built of cut andesite, the mosque has niched windows with oval transitions. In its prayer hall is a round ceiling rosette. The women's and muezzin's galleries are of wood. The mihrab is set in a stucco-molded niche topped by a row of palmettes. Above the mihrab is a marble plaque inscribed with the verse "So turn your face toward the Sacred Mosque."
