LOCATION: The fountain, in Elmalik village in the Orta district of Cankiri province, stands within the village to the east of the garden surrounding the Ebubekir Mosque. DATE OF CONSTRUCTION: Unknown. PATRON: Unknown. INSCRIPTION: Beneath the eave is a three-line repair inscription written in thuluth script. Measuring 0.50 by 0.40 meters and horizontally rectangular in form, it is worked in relief on stone. The Ottoman Turkish prose text in jali thuluth script reads as follows: 1- The year 1341, 2- It was repaired in this year.
