The fountain stands in the Kargin neighborhood of the Cubuk district in Ankara province, on parcel 13 of block 9999, in the village center. It is owned by the Cubuk Municipality. By decision no. 2543 of the Ankara Regional Board for the Conservation of Cultural Property dated 9 June 2022, it was registered under conservation group "1."
