The fountain stands in the Yakuphasan neighborhood of the Cubuk district in Ankara province, on parcel 1 of block 156, southeast of the village. Ownership of the fountain belongs to the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality. By decision no. 813 of the Ankara Regional Board for the Conservation of Cultural Property dated 24 December 2020, it was registered under conservation group "1."
