Editor's Note
The mosque has a rectangular plan and a hipped tile roof. Its construction year appears as 1903, but in the records of the General Directorate of Foundations it is registered as Mescid-i Serif, built in 1887 in the name of Ahmed Efendi son of Abdullah. It was probably commissioned from Greek masters by migrants who came from Crimea after the 1877-78 Ottoman-Russian War. It was repaired in 1999, and an inscription noting this was placed to the right of the mosque's entrance. The mosque's outer walls are built entirely of rubble stone. The window transitions are oval.
