The fountain stands in the Yukarikaraoren neighborhood of the Kizilcahamam district in Ankara province, on parcel 1 of block 139, at the Koyici locality, east of the village mosque and in the village center. The fountain also has a laundry basin. By decision no. 7143 of the Conservation Board dated 19 December 2019, it was registered under conservation group "1."
