The fountain stands on Deli Imam Avenue in the Yenice neighborhood of the Kizilcahamam district in Ankara province, on the western side of the town. According to the sign on it, it was built in 1926 and restored by Ahmet Erdogan, one of the local imams. These two fountains, probably because of the restoration, no longer reflect the period in which they were originally built.
