The mosque is located in the village center, in the Köyiçi locality, block 202, parcel 1, in the Başağaç neighborhood of the Kızılcahamam district of Ankara province. The mosque has a square plan and a hipped roof. The village mosque's walls are built of rubble stone masonry, its windows are arched, and it shows craftsmanship reflecting the Ottoman period. The minaret is placed at the northwest corner of the mosque and is of brick. This style of minaret, unlike the rest of the building, suggests it was added later. The mosque's interior ceiling is of wood and has largely preserved its original interior design. The mosque also has women's and muezzin's galleries.
