The mosque is located at the intersection of Çınarlı Street and Özbaş Street in the Aşağı neighborhood of the Güdül district of Ankara province. The mufti's office plaque on the mosque records the date 1317 (1899). The mosque has a rectangular plan. Its minaret, rising on a stone base, reflects Ottoman architecture, with a brick shaft and a lead cap, and rises from the northeast corner of the mosque. It has a small new wooden pulpit. Its mihrab is of marble, with palmettes and muqarnas. Four wooden columns rise within the prayer hall. The mosque is heated by a stove.
