The site is located within a wooded area at the Ömer Küme Evleri locality, block 103, parcel 296, in the Ören neighborhood of Dağkuzören village, Çamlıdere district, Ankara province. Examinations carried out at the site show, from the surface evidence, that the block stones of Late Roman-Early Byzantine building remains were reused as spolia in house construction, and that the existing building remains were therefore destroyed. Illegal excavation pits also pose a danger to life and property.
