The building is set on a rocky slope that descends sharply from east to west. The outer edge dimensions of the cubic-form structure are 6.24 m on the north, 6.54 m on the south, 6.30 m on the east, and 6.35 m on the west. The body is covered by a shallow dome resting on an octagonal drum 1.35 m high. The Beypazarı Boğazkesen Tomb is one of the Ottoman-period representatives of the group of tombs in Anatolia in which the upper corners of a cubic body are chamfered to make the transition to a polygonal drum and a pyramidal cap.
