Editor's Note
It was built using the technique of timber framing with mud-brick infill. On the ground floor of this two-story building there are shops on the southeast facade and storerooms on the facade overlooking the courtyard, while the upper floor contains only the inn's guest rooms. The Hacı Atıf Inn lies on the Silk Road and was a caravanserai where caravans once lodged. The two-story, U-shaped inn was built with a half-timbered wall technique on a rubble-stone foundation. Its lower floors are used as shops and its upper floors as a hotel. On the upper floor there are balcony-like arcades and rooms. From the late 19th to the early 20th.
