A small village mosque, the Aktaş Village Mosque was built on a nearly square rectangular plan and was once covered by a hipped roof, but its upper covering has now largely collapsed. The body walls of the mosque are built of rubble stone up to the plinth level, while the other parts are made of mud brick and coated with earth. Entry to the mosque is through a low door on the northwest facade, which leads into the prayer hall. Hand-drawn decorations can be seen on the plaster of the walls, though they are largely damaged.
