The prison is located in the east of the town, in the Yazı neighbourhood of Nallıhan district, Ankara Province, at plot 20 of block 676 in the land registry. The masonry building also has a garden and a rectangular plan. The prison was registered as protection group "1" by decision no. 3873 of the Ankara Regional Board for the Protection of Cultural Assets, dated 7 September 2023.
